Two: share 7 things about myself. Here it goes!

• My desk is always a mess — scattered with textbooks, newspaper clippings related to food / nutrition / health, cookbooks and a lot of other random junk.
• I am absolutely addicted to Haagan-Daaz’s Dulce De Leche Ice cream. If I get a tub of it in the house, I cannot stop thinking about it (hence I try to never linger by the freezer aisle when I grocery shop!).
• I have 2 ear piercing on my left ear and only one on my right ear.
• I speak 2 languages. Chinese (Cantonese) is my mother tongue and English is my second language. Apparently I also speak quite fluently in Mandarin, as my friends tell me, but I think I’m losing that talent due to lack of practice now.
• I like plain brown rice more than plain white rice. I find that brown rice has a richer, deeper flavour profile than white rice.
• Scrabble is my favourite Iphone game app. I play at least a game on most days! It’s totally addictive. (Suduku was my old favourite).
• In less a month, I’m going to proud owners of three adorable chinchillas! They will be the furriest and cutest new family  members ever!
