Do you love fried shrimp and fries?
Then you’ll fall in love with this dish. In the Air Fryer, you’ve frozen Breaded Shrimp!
When most people think of fried food, they think of oil and fat.
Today, however, we give a terrific technique to enjoy deep-fried dishes without the use of oil or fat.
Not only that, but the Air Fryer makes it simple to prepare restaurant-quality deep-fried dishes at home.
Now, I do want to remind you that whenever you cook with oil, you run the danger of creating free radicals because as oil warms up, it breaks down into smaller molecules that come into touch with the food.
As a consequence, you are exposed to free radicals, which raises your risk of cancer, other illnesses, and aging.
Cooking using antioxidant-rich oils such as coconut oil or avocado oil, on the other hand, helps combat free radicals created by heating polyunsaturated fats in conventional vegetable oils.
And because avocado oil is now popular, I’ll include some of it into my recipe.
