  1. Grind the beans coarsely (or in a french press). Choose medium if you want your coffee to be bitter.
  2. Put the coffee in the nut milk bag.
  3. Pour in distilled water (or tap water). The ratio is 4:1.
  4. Steep for 12+ hours on the counter or in the fridge in a nut milk bag. Allow it to sit for at least 18 hours for bitter coffee.
  5. Remove the coffee bag and squeeze out any residual liquid.
  6. To taste, dilute the coffee with cold water and ice cubes (I like 1:1).
  7. or your preferred milk. Or just enjoy it as is.Sweeteners and spices may be added if desired.

Cold brewing is superior than hot brewing because hot water dissolves certain undesired acidic oils in the coffee bean, while cold brewing just dissolves the most fragrant tastes.

Cold brew is 67% less acidic than regular brew.

As a consequence, you get low-acid, delicious coffee.

And, by the way, cold coffee does not spoil!
