  • 1/4 cup rice wine or orange juice
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ginger root chopped

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, green onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. (Diameter: 2.5 cm). Arrange in an 8-inch (2-liter) square baking dish that has been gently buttered.Form the ingredients into 25 meatballs (approximately 1 inch in diameter).
  3. For the sauce, combine chicken stock, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and ginger in a medium mixing bowl. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 375F (190C) toaster oven, stirring periodically.
