7.Press the cancel button, cover using the lid and seal the salve. Let the pot build pressure and cook for 25 minutes. When ready, release the pressure cooker steam.


8.Put two tablespoons of all-purpose flour and three tablespoons of water in a small bowl and add it to the instant pot. Press the saute function and let it cook for 7-8 minutes while you stir frequently. When the gravy is thick, sprinkle the cream.


9.Check for seasoning, and there you have it! Serve!
