No, this should not be used in the same manner that table salt is.

I use ground pink Himalayan salt for this (it looks lovely and is really nutritious, by the way).

But this is a different thing altogether.

Try it and you’ll understand why salt was once so precious that it was used as money.

The crystals adhere to food in the same way that conventional kosher flakes do, but they have an almost dreamlike flavor.

I found myself anticipating each mouthful since there was a delightful soft crunch combined with a small little burst of salt flavour in my tongue with each bite.

This salt is just fantastic.

5. Jade Leaf Matcha Green Tea Powder

Because adrenal fatigue exists. Furthermore, matcha provides a far superior caffeine high, leaving you feeling calm and aware without the jittery rise and subsequent decline in energy that coffee does.

I still like coffee, but switching to a matcha latte makes me feel lot better.
